Chopped and shaped formed chicken nuggets coated in golden breadcrumbs
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (62%). WHEAT flour, water, rapeseed oil, SOYA, maize, BARLEY malt extract salt, sugar, yeast, natural spices. flavour enhancer (E621), pea. spices. flavouring (onion)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
FROM FROZEN
To Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil (180°C/3603F) for 2-3 minutes, drain and serve
To Shallow Fry: 3-4 minutes. drain and serve
To Microwave: Cook on high for 1 – 2 minutes To Grill: Cook under pre-heated grill for 7 minutes turning once
To oven bake: Place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven (22OCf425°F) Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning once
Always ensure that the food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store frozen below -18°c
